Overview
Award-winning planning, urban design, landscape architecture and
entertainment design firm, MSI, is the company behind many well-known landmarks in Ohio, Florida, California and beyond. The firm has been honored with over 70 awards in its 19-year history. Some of the firm’s recent and notable work includes the design of the Nationwide Arena District, Bexley Main Street and North Bank Park in Columbus; Florida’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa; the Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando; and the “Jungala” attraction area for Busch Gardens Tampa.
Challenge
Increase company exposure in a structured, tasteful way to increase visibility of the company’s full spectrum of capabilities and promote collaboration with other professionals involved in various projects.
Solution
GREENCREST implements a multi-faceted integrated marketing strategy for MSI, one component of which encompasses an aggressive media relations campaign. The media relations campaign includes tools to assist the media in grasping the firm’s goals, available expert resources and accomplishments. The campaign is on-going and includes identifying on-line and off-line opportunities in targeted media around the globe.
Results
Since launching the media relations campaign in 2005, GREENCREST has worked side-by-side with the MSI team to unearth appropriate story lines each month. GREENCREST has consistently delivered a strong returnon-investment each year, most recently securing an eight-page feature in Landscape Architect & Specifier Magazine and coordinating a seven-page project feature with the prestigious Links Books out of Barcelona, Spain.
